Taylor Soul Designs was created to spread positive healing jewelry around the world. Taylor Soul Designs creates handmade jewelry with crystals that are infused with Reiki (healing energy). Handmade jewelry is made carefully, thoughtfully, and slowly. It is important to be gentle with your beauties and to treat them with care. Taylor Soul Designs works hard to make each piece special to the wearer. We hope you enjoy your pieces and they spread positive energy throughout the Universe.
What is Reiki?
Losing/Breaking a Crystal
Legend has it, if a crystal breaks or you lose it, it has served its full purpose to you and is no longer needed. It could also mean that the energy of that crystal is not compatible with your own energy. Energy is made up of particular vibrations and if they become too strong, it can cause damage. Losing or breaking a crystal is a sign that you have worked through a phase of your life's journey.
What materials do you use?
Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 14-day return policy for any unused and undamaged products. If you wish to return a product, please contact us contact us here or email us at taylorsouldesigns@gmail.com before shipping the product back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your package is delivered to us. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges. We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized products, unless they are defective or damaged. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds for products that have been used or damaged. If you have any questions or concerns about our Returns and Refunds policy, please contact us.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Jewelry

All crystals are real, genuine, crystals from Mother Nature herself. Crystals and stones are acquired from local shops, sellers, and gem shows.

Jewelry Care
Although our products are made with the best quality, we recommend to keep your pieces in great condition by removing them before bed, the gym, and before entering water. This will help preserve the crystals/jewelry a lot longer. There are crystals that can be cleansed in water, however, it can cause serious damage to others. We also recommend to stray away from any other chemicals such as chlorine, sunscreen, etc. to keep the jewelry preserved longer.
Sterling Silver pieces can be polished with a Polishing Cloth listed below, or kept in a small plastic protectant bag to keep from oxidizing.
