Cleaning Your Jewelry
18K Gold-Filled:
To maintain the radiant shine of your gold-filled pieces, gently wipe them down after each wear with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water and a drop of mild soap — rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel. Avoid harsh chemicals, polishing agents, or abrasive materials, as they can compromise the gold layer over time.
Sterling Silver:
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time, developing a soft patina that many love — but if you prefer to keep it bright, polish occasionally with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid moisture and store in an airtight pouch to prevent tarnishing. Gentle soap and water can also be used for occasional cleans — just be sure to dry it completely.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 14-day return policy for any unused and undamaged products. If you wish to return a product, please contact us contact us here or email us at taylorsouldesigns@gmail.com before shipping the product back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your package is delivered to us. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges. We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized products, unless they are defective or damaged. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds for products that have been used or damaged. If you have any questions or concerns about our Returns and Refunds policy, please contact us.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations

Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit bracelet, anklet, or necklace that’s welded directly onto you — no clasp, no fuss. It’s a seamless, delicate chain that stays on as a lasting symbol of connection, celebration, or simply your own personal style.
The process is quick and painless. During your appointment, you'll choose your favorite chain and we’ll custom fit it to your wrist, ankle, or neck. Once the sizing is perfect, we weld it closed with a quick spark — and just like that, your piece is with you for the long haul.

Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our gold-filled pieces are water-resistant, but to preserve the shine and finish, we recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure.
Do you offer repairs?
We offer limited repairs on a case-by-case basis, depending on the piece and the issue. If something happens to your jewelry within 30 days of purchase, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help. For permanent jewelry, we offer one free re-weld within the first 30 days.
